Ever get frustrated with the blurry, pixelated videos that you occasionally get while using the YouTube app on the iPhone when watching via 3G? Well, my friend, frustrate yourself no longer. Here’s a little tip for you that will improve your viewing experience, and which doesn’t involve any of that nasty jailbreaking business either.
Simply go to Safari and type m.youtube.com into the address bar. When your desired video pops up you will see a nice little HQ button. Now you can watch your YouTube videos in lovely high quality while you are browsing via 3G.
Do note that viewing videos in this way will increase your data usage, so do be careful if you are on a limited data plan.
