My work is rooted in presence.
I've spent years exploring the landscape of emotional pain — my own and others' — and learning how to navigate it with tenderness.
Emotional Release Therapy emerged from that exploration. What I offer is intuitive, grounded, and deeply human.
I do not diagnose or analyze.
I listen. I feel.
I help you meet the parts of yourself you may have abandoned, so you can finally come home to them — and to you.
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about becoming more of who you truly are.
Everything you need to know about Emotional Release Therapy
Absolutely. ERT is a gentle, non-invasive approach that honors your body's natural wisdom. We move at your pace, and you remain fully clothed and in control throughout the session. I create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your emotions without judgment.
This varies for each person. Some clients experience significant shifts after just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term work. I recommend starting with 3-4 sessions to get a feel for the process, and we can discuss your ongoing needs from there.
We'll begin with a conversation about what brought you to this work. Then, through gentle touch and presence, I'll help you connect with your body and any emotions that want to surface. You might experience feelings, memories, or physical sensations. Everything is welcome and held with compassion.
ERT is complementary to traditional therapy, not a replacement. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, I focus on helping you reconnect with your emotional body and release stored feelings. Many clients find ERT works beautifully alongside talk therapy.
I am not currently doing virtual sessions at the moment but I have some practitioners who do.
While the physical touch component is different, virtual ERT can be incredibly powerful. You are
guided you through self-touch techniques and breath work that can
facilitate deep emotional release from the comfort of your own space.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a workshop or training program. All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or do not attend, your deposit will be forfeited.

The body remembers what the mind forgets. Healing begins where we meet our feelings.
This is the beginning of your return. Let's meet you there.
